The first step to working with me in this program is to apply to be a client.  If I think we're a good fit to work together we'll have a quick discovery call.  This FREE 25-minute session is held via Zoom.

Pretend like our call is just two besties hanging out at a coffee shop talking about life. We'll take a look at where you are in all aspects of life, where you want to be 3-6 months from now, and whether this program (and me as a coach!) are a good fit to get you there.  

Regardless of whether or not you choose to join this program, you'll leave the call with a practical next step towards your goals.

There is no such thing as a 'perfect' diet or lifestyle.  Everyone is in a different stage of life, has different genes, values, budgets, etc.  Your uniqueness makes up what I call bio-individuality.  There is only one YOU and that is something to be celebrated.  

I partner with my clients to help them tune into their body and mind so they can become aware of what works for them.  This process takes time and experimentation, but I'm here as a 'guide on the side' as you explore.

How does this work?  
Once you're accepted into the program, you'lreceive immediate access to our online platform (and app!).  Each week (3x per month) you'll receive an email with details about the next module.  Each module will contain a video lesson and action sheet to help you implement what you learn.  As well as weekly coaching (3x per month) to stay engaged and encouraged!  We'll have a 'catch up' week each month where no new content or coaching will take place.  I know how hectic mom life can be so use the catch up week to watch any missed lesson or the coaching replay.  No stressing!

How do I access the content?
All of my programs are hosted on the extremely user friendly platform, Attractwell.  Once you're signed up you'll get an email with login info for our exclusive online vault (and free app!).

Will I lose weight with this program?
The short answer is, yes you should.  However the results are entirely up to you and whether or not you implement what you learn in the program.  In my experience if your focus is ONLY on the scale during a health journey you will be disappointed every time. I’m not in this to help someone destroy their metabolism by losing a quick 10lbs only to gain it back (and more!). My passion is in helping women create simple healthy habits that last.  In this program we’ll focus on non-scale victories like body measurements, how your clothes fit, quality of sleep and how your body and mind feel.

How often do the program ‘doors’ open?
I know from experience when you're searching for help (which is likely how we crossed paths!) you need help NOW...not 6 months from now.  So my goal is to always keep the 'doors' open and available.  I value and reward those who are quick to take action and have a special offer for you when we chat.  😘
