What you put on your body matters just as much (if not more!) that the food on your plate.  So if you struggle with losing weight, lifestyle factors like toxins in your personal care products or stress at work may be the cause.



Health is simple…eat more veggies and drink more water, etc.  Yet  we still don’t do it!  Why?  Information doesn’t equal transformation.  Sustainable change requires support, accountability and mindset shifts.

How does this work?  
On the 1st of each month you'll receive an email with details about the monthly challenge.  Each month we'll be laser focused on taking action in a particular area of life (nutrition, lifestyle or mindset).  There will be a kick off video to cheer you on and provide practical tips to make the habit of the month stick.  As well as weekly check-ins to stay engaged and encouraged!

How do I access the content?
All of my courses are hosted on the extremely user friendly platform, Attractwell.  Once you're signed up you'll get an email with login info for our exclusive online vault (and free app!).

Will I lose weight with this membership?
In my experience if your focus is on the scale during a health journey you will be disappointed every time. I’m not in this to help someone destroy their metabolism by losing a quick 10lbs only to gain it back (and more!). My passion is in helping women creating simple healthy habits that last.  In this membership we’ll focus on non-scale victories like body measurements, how your clothes fit, quality of sleep and how your body and mind feel.


How often do the membership ‘doors’ open?
Right now the plan is to open the ‘doors’ for new members once a quarter in March, June, September and December. I want to focus my energy on helping our community reach their goals versus being consumed with admin work daily. So if the ‘doors’ happen to be open when you’re reading this. Get on in here!  They’ll be closing soon and we saved a seat at the table for you. 😘

How do I cancel my membership?
I can't stand companies that make you jump through hoops to cancel. So I want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel or join at any time. You’ll be able to cancel it in our online portal, or you can just send me an email and I’ll cancel for you. Easy! And no questions asked.
